Get Real! Get Speed!

I have been having problems with e-speed for the last two days. The problem is the same as few months ago when they blamed it on a faulty card.

We the customers, have been complaining and what we have been advised is to test whether the e-speed metre tester from brunet.bn was working. That doesn't justify our problem. Please get real. What's the point of testing the headquarters in Brunei?

Of course the speed is not the problem. So do we have to wait for another week.only to be told that the problem was due to a faulty card again?
